Recreation Soccer Registration

CRITICAL CHANGES OF REGISTRATION FOR THE
2010 FALL SEASON

Registration begins April 1! Get your registration in early. To guarantee placement on last year’s team you must be signed up by June 1.

Every year we have players that have never played before, so I must put them in a group according to school. If we are not able to recruit a new coach for those players, they may wait as long as the end of August to get placed.

If they signed up April 1, it is unfair to those players to be placed on teams as late as August.

This year, we will begin the process of first come first serve. I will guarantee to place players that were on teams last year, which sign up by June 1 to be on their team again. After June 1 the following placements will be made according to these guidelines:

1. Players from previous year's teams will be placed on the team that the previous year's coach has been requested, prior to June 1.
2. Players will be assigned to teams according to available room on a first come first serve basis according to the team they played on before.  For new players, match them up with teams that coincide with school he or she attends.
3. When teams are full, players will be placed in a group according to the school player attends.

Due to having over 1500 players, we will no longer be able to except requests.

ATTENTION COACHES

You too, must sign up by June 1 to guarantee your previous year’s team. Since all teams must be formed by the middle of July, we must know that you are coaching again this year.

Kinders – 1^{st -} $105
2^nd – 8^{th -} $125
Sign up before June 30 and receive a $25 discount.

Late registration begins July 1. Late fees are not included in the
$300 family maximum.

High School Rec $125 (no early discount)

WELCOME TO ONLINE REGISTRATION Registering online is easy and quick!  Just follow these simple steps -
	CREATE YOUR NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT Remember this is a new registration system as of April 1, 2009.  If you have not yet created a new member account since after April 1, 2009, you do NOT have a member account and need to choose ”No, I do not have a member account” when asked to log in to the registration system
	COMPLETE PARENT INFORMATION After you create your new member account, you'll be asked to fill in parent information.
	COMPLETE PLAYER INFORMATION Choose the age group for your player and then fill out the player information form.  You'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay.
	CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU'RE DONE! After you've filled in your parent and player(s) information, you'll see your total fees and can choose to pay by check (mail in a check) or by debit or credit card online.  Note: No credit card information is stored on our computers EVER and all information is secure and encrypted for your security.                                                            Don't forget to purchase your tickets online for the HSC Timber's Night fundraiser event August 26th, 7 pm at PGE Park !                         (Look under CAMPS | CLINIC | ACADEMY category at top of registration page).
