CLUB FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Due to the COVID19 Global Pandemic, the financial implications, postponed season and cancelled games, Hillsboro Soccer Club made adjustments to the overall fees of the 2019/20 season.

Junior Premier Program (2012) : Has been made a cost free program, where the club sources sponsorship from outside of the membership in an attempt to focus on the player's love for the game. We aim to develop a foundational base for the club's future where players truly love the game, and feel connected with our club.

Junior Premier II Program (2009 - 2011): Has been reduced from $1,390 to $1,220 to represent the late start to play, and no options for Summer Tournaments. Any tournaments available will be paid for at team level.

Premier Non HS Program (2008 - 2007): Has been reduced from $1,390 to $1,220 to represent the late start to play, and no options for Summer Tournaments. Any tournaments available will be paid for at team level.

Premier Program (2002 - 2006) : Has been reduced from $1,120 to $960 to represent the late start to play, and no options for Summer Tournaments. Any tournaments available will be paid for at team level.

2020/21 PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1 - PAY IN FULL

To submit your payment in full for your season club fees, please complete your payment through your TeamSnap club invitation and select "Pay in Full".

You can pay using your credit card through the TeamSnap registration form.

OPTION 2 - PAY IN MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS

You can choose this option with an initial deposit of $150.00

Junior Premier II (2010 & 2009) - $134.00

Premier Non HS (2008 & 2007) - $134.00

Premier Teams (2006 - 2002) - $101.00

OPTION 3 - REQUEST FINANCIAL AID

Financial Aid applications are available via the links provided below for qualifying families.

They must be submitted within 7 days of accepting a spot on your team. The forms are submitted online, using the links below.

We still ask for the initial deposit to be paid in full at the time of acceptance. Our team will then endeavor to make the adjustments to your player account if Financial Aid is to be applied, within 7 days of your submission.

  • Financial Aid can cover up to 40% of your Player Fees
  • Financial Aid does not cover uniform, tournament, travel or additional HSC programs
  • If a player receives Financial Aid from HSC and the player departs during the season for any reason, the player is responsible for the remaining balance in full
  • Players that are not current on their monthly plans, will risk being held out of training and/or games until their account is corrected

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We do not offer club refunds on players after 30 days post Try Outs, as teams have begun training and teams are formed and finalized. An administration fee is charged for those players who drop out of the club within 30 days of Try Outs.

We do not offer refunds on the Try Out fee at any point.

In the event of additional COVID-19 governmental imposed closures, financial adjustments will be made.

Annual fees do not cover tournament fees, uniforms or additional programs offered by HSC.
